*出願者は、以下の要件を考慮の上、物理学、数学、化学、生物学、地学の中から1科目を選択し、その科目を試験科目として選択する必要があります。
*出願者の希望する指導教員がGRE科目試験のスコアとオンライン試験の結果の両方を認める場合、出願者は希望する試験方式を選択する必要があります。

○: オンライン口述試験のみ受け入れる
●/○: GREスコア、オンライン口述試験ともに受け入れる
×: 受け入れない

Notes:
※受験者は、指導教員候補者から発行されたPreliminary Evaluation Certificate（PEC）を取得し、「指導教員候補者との事前相談の証明」として「願書」の一部として提出しなければなりません。
※オンライン学力試験（GREスコア提出ではなく）を選択する受験者は、「GREスコア」の代わりにPECをアップロードして提出する必要があります。
