To all students scheduled to complete their master’s program in March 2026.

下記要領で修士論文提出受付および発表会を行います。
The thesis submission and master’s thesis defense will take place as follows.

12月1日（月） December 1 (Mon)	9:00	タイトル登録開始（情報集約システム） Start of title registration (information aggregation system)
1月5日（月） January 5 (Mon)	12:00	タイトル登録締切（情報集約システム） Title registration deadline (information aggregation system)
1月15日（木） January 15 (Thu)	12:00	審査用論文提出締切（情報集約システム） Deadline for submission of papers for review (information aggregation system)
		研究計画書提出締切〈外部受験者・内部進学者〉（pdfファイル）※1 Deadline for submission of research plans <External applicants / Internal transfers> (PDF file) *1
1月16日（金） January 16 (Fri)	12:00	発表要旨提出締切（A4　1～2ページ程度・pdfファイル）※2 Abstract submission deadline (1-2 pages, A4 size, pdf file) *2
1月27日（火） -1月29日（木） January 27 （Tue) -January 29（Thu）		修士論文発表会（プログラムは1月19日頃にWEB上で通知） Master’s Thesis defense (Program to be announced online around January 19)
2月27日（金） February 27 (Fri)	15:00	最終版修士論文提出締切 Final draft thesis submission deadline ①pdfファイルを情報集約システムより提出 ①Submit PDF files from the information aggregation system. ②製本済論文を専攻事務室に提出 ②Submit the bound thesis to the department office.

◆その他Others◆
・修士論文発表会は、発表時間20分、質疑応答10分で行います。
・The master’s thesis defense will be held with a 20-minute presentation and a 10-minute question and answer session.
・合理的配慮に基づく発表審査を希望する学生は、なるべく早く、遅くても開催日の10日前までには指導教員・副指導教員や専攻教務事務に連絡してください。
・Students wishing to request reasonable accommodations for presentation reviews should contact their primary and secondary advisors or the departmental academic affairs office as soon as possible, and no later than 10 days prior to the event date.
・論文タイトルは例年間違いが散見されますので特に注意してください。
・Please pay particular attention to the paper titles, as errors are often found in previous years.
・1月16日（金）12：00までに研究業績を情報集約システムで更新しておいてください。
・Please update your research findings in the Information aggregation system by 12:00 noon on January 16(Fri).
