Open Lectures by the 2024 Japan Prize Laureates
It is our great pleasure to host a special symposium on campus with Professors Brian J. Hoskins and John M. Wallace, the laureates of Japan Prize 2024 in the field of “Resources, Energy, the Environment, and Social Infrastructure” for their outstanding contributions to “Establishment of a scientific foundation for understanding and predicting extreme weather events”. To join this symposium, pre-registration is required, and it will be closed as soon as the number of participants reaches the capacity of the hall (160) or at 9AM on the day of the symposium.
