To all students scheduled to complete their master’s program in September 2026.

下記要領で修士論文提出受付および発表会を行います。
The thesis submission and master’s thesis defense will take place as follows.

6月22日（月） June 22 (Mon)	9:00	タイトル登録開始（情報集約システム） Start of title registration (information aggregation system)
7月21日（火） July 21 (Tue)	12:00	タイトル登録締切（情報集約システム） Title registration deadline (information aggregation system)
8月6日（木） August 6 (Thu)	12:00	審査用論文提出締切（情報集約システム） Deadline for submission of papers for review (information aggregation system)
		研究計画書提出締切〈外国人特別選考進学希望者〉（pdfファイル）※1 Deadline for submission of research plans <Internal transfer applicants through special selection for International Applicants> (PDF file) *1
8月17日（月） August 17 (Mon)	12:00	発表要旨提出締切（A4　1～2ページ程度・pdfファイル）※2 Abstract submission deadline (1-2 pages, A4 size, pdf file) *2
8月20日（木） August 20 (Thu)		修士論文発表会（プログラムは8月17日頃にWEB上で通知） Master’s Thesis defense (Program to be announced online around August 18)
8月 31日（月） August 31 (Mon)	15:00	最終版修士論文提出締切 Final draft thesis submission deadline ①pdfファイルを情報集約システムより提出 ①Submit PDF files from the information aggregation system. ②製本済論文を専攻事務室に提出 ②Submit the bound thesis to the department office.

・修士論文発表会は、発表時間20分、質疑応答10分で行います。
・The master’s thesis defense will be held with a 20-minute presentation and a 10-minute question and answer session.
・論文タイトルは例年間違いが散見されますので特に注意してください。
・Please pay particular attention to the paper titles, as errors are often found in previous years.
・8月17日（月）12：00までに研究業績を情報集約システムで更新しておいてください。
・Please update your research findings in the Information aggregation system by 12:00 noon on August 17(mon).
