Seminar on the theory of earthquake generation

Description: Understanding the entire process of earth quake generation, from accumulation of tectonic stress through the formation of a quasi-static nucleation zone up to the generation, propagation, and termination of dynamic fractures, through various approaches including rock experiments, data analyses, model computations.

Description: Group-reading papers and textbooks on chemical reaction, transfer, and radiation processes of atmospheric species as well as cloud physics in order to learn the basics of atmospheric species science and cloud physics.
